Ester Perez is the founder of Scale Tax Service, LLC, bringing over 20 years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, and client support across multiple industries. With a strong background in administrative leadership and financial organization, she has built a reputation for providing clear, dependable, and professional services to individuals, families, and small business owners.
Throughout her career, Ester has worked in key administrative and financial roles, including office manager, office coordinator, and project coordinator. Her responsibilities have included managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, vendor relations, reports, and day-to-day office operations. This experience gives her a deep understanding of what businesses need to stay organized, compliant, and financially healthy.
Ester is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds certifications as a Tax Preparer, Certified Translator, Insurance Agent, Bookkeeper, and even a Wedding Officiant, allowing her to serve clients with a broad range of needs in one convenient location. Today, she leads Scale Tax Service with a focus on honesty, clarity, and personalized support, helping clients feel confident and informed through every step of their financial and administrative processes.
